Appointments
If, for some reason, you cannot keep a scheduled appointment or will be
delayed, please call us as soon as possible. We appreciate at least 24 hour
notice to cancle or change an appointment.
Insurance
We are participating providers with most insurance plans. And we accept
Medicare assignment. Please call our office to see if your insurance is
accepted. Flexible payments plans can be arranced to fit your budget. We
accept Visa and Mastercard.
